In an effort to provide you with the best experience possible on your first visit here are a list of our frequently asked questions.
Are reservations required to come play?
While there is no limit to how long you can play, reservations are recommended to avoid disappointment as we do cap the number of guests allowed in our play area at one time. If you forget to make a reservation you are welcome to call and check availability.
Is there a limit to how long we can stay for open play?
No! Just pick an arrival time on the calendar and then stay as long as you like. You must arrive within the arrival window to guarantee admission.
Why are sock required?
Socks are required for ALL guest, children and adults., to keep are facility sanitary and to protect our soft flooring. Socks are available for purchase if you forget!
Can we bring food?
Yes! As parents to a toddler we know that snacks are LIFE so yes you can bring your own snacks from home and we also have a variety of snacks and drinks available for purchase. All food and drinks must be kept in the designated area.
Do you charge for adults or infants?
Because there is no time limit on play time, we do charge a small fee of $4.95 for adults. This ensures that we do not exceed capacity limits. Non-crawling infants are free with a paid sibling or $4.95 without.
Do you offer discounts?
Want to play for less? We get it! We offer monthly memberships and Play Packs are the best way to save on daily admission!
We do offer a group discount of 20% off for groups of 8 children or more. Reservations required. Please call for details..
