Our #1 piece of advice... keep it simple! That goes for food and décor!
We are all about the WOW factor but we also know how to create a wow factor on a budget. While many families select our DIY package to save money it's easy to go overboard on all the extras, making your overall cost more expensive and set-up more stressful.
If you plan to DIY your party décor, we recommend that you unpackage and assemble everything before you arrive. Often times, store bought décor requires some assembly and there simply is not enough time to assemble and set-up within the designated time. The last thing you want is to spend your party time decorating!
Encourage guest to fill out a waiver in advance! A waiver is required for all children in attendance. While the waiver CAN be filled out when guest arrive, no one wants to do paperwork during a party! Encouraging your guest to fill out the waiver in advance will speed up the check in process and make for a better guest experience.
Delegate or deliver! There is enough to worry about as a party host. We recommend that you designate someone to pick up food for you, have it delivered OR let us handle the details for you.
Ask a friend or family member to take pictures! We see 2 common scenarios, either the host spends too much time taking pictures or they forget all together. Let someone else be in charge of pictures so you can enjoy the party AND capture the memories.
