Birthday parties at Munchkin Town are perfect for little ones turning ages 1 through 5. Our play space offers a fun, yet safe and secure environment so that you can relax and enjoy the time with friends and family.

Party Venue Rental

Celebrate your little one’s big day at Munchkin Town! 🎉

Our birthday parties are a private venue rental, giving you and your guests exclusive use of Munchkin Town during your celebration. Your rental includes 2 hours and 45 minutes total and gives you the flexibility to create a party that fits your style.

​

Your party rental includes up to 15 children and 45 guests total. Need a little more room? Parties may be upgraded to accommodate up to 25 children and 70 guests total for an additional flat fee.

A Munchkin Town party host will be available to assist with setup and décor. You’re welcome to bring your own decorations, and we also have a selection of premade backdrops available to use at no additional charge to make decorating even easier!

 

You bring the food, cake, decorations, and birthday fun — we’ll provide the private space and help you get everything ready for your celebration.

Need more party time? Additional rental time may be added to our Saturday 4:00 PM party or Sunday 1:30 PM party. Any additional time is added to the end of your scheduled party.

Timeline

Your Party Rental Includes 2 Hours & 45 Minutes Total

🎈 30 Minutes — Setup
Arrive before your guests to decorate and get everything ready. Your party host will be available to assist with setup.

🎉 1 Hour & 30 Minutes — Play Time
Your guests will enjoy 90 minutes of private playtime in the Munchkin Town play space. During this time guest are encouraged to eat. 

🎂 30 Minutes — Cake & Celebration
For the final 30 minutes of the party, children will transition out of the play area for cake and birthday celebrations.

Please note: Children may not return to the play space once cake time begins. Our team uses this time to begin cleaning and resetting the play area.

🧹 15 Minutes — Cleanup
The final 15 minutes are reserved for gathering belongings, taking down decorations, and completing cleanup.

Pricing

Private Birthday Party Rental — $374

Your private party rental includes:

  • 2 hours & 45 minutes total

  • Up to 15 children

  • Up to 45 guests total

  • Private use of Munchkin Town

  • Party host to assist with setup

  • Complimentary use of one of our available backdrops

Optional Upgrades

Larger Party — +$75
Increase your party to up to 25 children / 70 guests total.

Additional 30 Minutes — +$75 Add an extra 30 minutes to the end of your party.

Additional 1 Hour — +$150 Add a full hour to the end of your party.

Additional time is available for our Saturday 4:00 PM and Sunday 1:30 PM party times.

Birthday Party FAQ

How do we reserve a birthday party?

Reservations can be made through our online booking portal. A 25%  non-refundable retainer fee is required to hold your preferred time and date. This will be applied towards the balance of your party. 

How many children and adults can attend?

Our space is most fun with 15 children or less with a total of 45 people. For larger parties we charge an additional fee.

Can older children attend?

Our play area is designed for children ages 5 and under. Older children and adults are welcome to play alongside them, but may use the toys and play equipment only while helping a child age 5 or under. Please avoid rough play, throwing toys, or behavior that could damage the equipment.

Can I add additional set-up or play time?

Yes! If you would like additional time, you may add additional time to the Saturday at 4PM and Sunday at 1:30PM Birthday slot which can be done on our booking site. ​

If you wish to book an extended party for a different time slot, please reach out! 

How far in advance should I reserve?

We recommend booking at least 60 days in advance if you have a very specific date and time in mind. If you are more flexible we do often have last minute availability but your options may be more limited if you wait.

What if we need to cancel/reschedule?

Life happens, and we understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your party once, subject to availability. Your non-refundable deposit will be applied to the new date, and the remaining party balance is due when you reschedule.

If you cancel more than two weeks before your party, you will forfeit your non-refundable deposit. If you cancel less than two weeks before your party, you will be charged the full remaining balance.

Can we celebrate during Open Play?

Yes and no... many families choose to visit Munchkin Town on the day of their child's birthday but we do not allow cake (or cupcakes), decorations or any other party related items during open play. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Most basic party decorations including backdrops, balloons, tablecloths and centerpieces are permitted however we do have a few rules to consider when planning your event with us.

  • NO candy except for in goody bags which must be handed out at the end of the party.

  • NO materials that shed or are excessively messy including but not limited to glitter, feathers, confetti, etc.

  • NO ceiling décor.

  • NO pinatas

  • Yes, smash cakes ARE permitted. We have a highchair that you may use.

  • Wall décor may be allowed but must be hung with wall safe tape that we provide.
